Suggested March 2024 Top 25 Chatbot Case Studies & Success Stories In 2023

Although the hype about chatbots is increasing, chatbot failure stories continue to get more visibility as well. However, success stories are rare, and ambitious conversational interface designers need to study them because, for every hundred failures, there are only a few success stories.

We compiled a list of 25 successful chatbot examples and example scripts from different applications. Our list contains the best chatbots for different applications and business use cases, such as, sales chatbots (, to friendly bots, such as,

Learnings from studying hundreds of chatbots

We have seen companies that focus on their users’ important needs, set realistic targets and pay attention to usability build successful bots. It is important to know that not all chatbots are success stories. From our research, we stumbled upon numerous chatbot failures.

Now, without further ado, let’s start talking chatbots.

Customer service chatbots

Customer service bots resolve client queries such as answering FAQs or following up on a shipment status. These bots should help increase user engagement and satisfaction with their timely answers. Thus, chatbots are important part of conversational commerce strategies of companies.

1- HelloFresh Freddy

HelloFresh launched its bot to

manage its surveys and quizzes. When Facebook users correctly responded to quizzes, Freddy sent them automated deals.

suggest recipes.

Even though bot does not seem impressive in its conversational capabilities, it was able to:

Reduce response time by 76%. This is not surprising as bot immediately responded to numerous queries, bringing the average response time down.

Boost incoming messages by 47%

Healthcare chatbots 2- The government of India informed people via chatbot during the pandemic

The chatbot assisted the government in managing the pandemic and answered 110 million queries. Users can access information about the virus, symptoms, safety precautions, and other topics of interest using chatbots.

You can download Haptik’s report, The State of WhatsApp Marketing 2023, to learn more about the most recent developments in WhatsApp marketing and chatbots.

3- Dr. A.I.? already makes recommendations like a Doctor 4- Melody by Baidu, China’s Google, helps doctors collect symptoms

Melody collects symptoms from patients and summarizes them to doctors. Since diagnosing is pattern matching, it is not inconceivable that chatbots will one day be diagnosing us and prescribing our medicine. In times of great pressure on the medical staff and shortage of health workers, these bots could perhaps save lives by bypassing the need of visiting a human doctor.

Therapist chatbots 5- Woebot is a free therapy chatbot

Woebot is created by Alison Darcy, a clinical psychologist at Stanford University. It launched as an iOS app in 2023. Woebot uses cognitive-behavioral therapy to deliver scripted responses to users. 70 college students dealing with depression tested Woebot and their improvements were published in a research paper demonstrating significant benefits.

6- Wysa raises funds to address employees’ mental health

Wysa is a therapy chatbot that has gotten lots of positive reviews from its users. The chatbot was created in 2024 for individuals and employees alike to navigate their ways through stress, depression, anxiety, and other psychological distresses.

In 2023, Wysa was able to raise $5.5M in Series A funding to specifically focus on employee mental health. That was perhaps following the rise in interest in employee mental health, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic and stresses of occupational and health uncertainties.

7- X2AI’s Tess is a psychologist augmentation chatbot

A capability that distinguishes Tess from other therapy chatbots is that it uses ML to remember and use the data interactions it has to increase the accuracy and personalization of its recommendation. So when you close the app and open it again, you are not talking to a blank canvas, but rather a companion that remembers your confrontations at work or food allergies.

Conversion boosters & sales bots

While sales bots don’t have publicly available stats on their tractions, they are widely applicable. Market leader vendors developing sales bots can be successful if they can build a powerful solution.

8- chúng tôi for landing pages 9- Dominos eases the process of ordering a pizza with a bot

Dominos leverages a restaurant chatbot to provide a frictionless order process. Also acting as l a PR initiative to improve their brand awareness, Dominos built a chatbot on Facebook Messenger. With the bot, they are enabling customers to order pizza from any location. The customers can also personalize their orders from the bot, such as telling it if they want any extra toppings or specific kinds of crust.

10- Kian is boosting conversions

Kian claims to increased the conversion rate on Kia’s website from 7% to 21%. Chatbots have a big role to play in complex B2C interactions, such as car sales, where they are able to answer complex questions quickly. As an additional bonus, chatbots provide a consistent sales experience across a wide range of channels.

It is challenging to keep expenditure under control. And managing personal finances is getting more difficult to tackle nowadays, with plenty of digital subscriptions available, most of which can go unnoticed after some time.

Travel chatbots 12- Emirates Vacations

The bot asks questions such as the type of trip that you’ll be embarking upon and registers the user’s intent, as well as the web page that the user is on. The chatbot then personalizes the vacation planning process by offering them travel packages and providing relevant information about the location. They claim that the results for their 30-day test were positive: They experienced an 87% increase in engagement from consumers that saw the chatbot ad versus those that saw a standard display ad.

13- Dutch airline KLM, provides flight details through Facebook Messenger

Any flight notification can be directed to the passenger through Facebook messenger. This can be regarding the delay or a friendly reminder for check-in. Users can also in return, engage with the airline to update their meal preference or seat location.

Digital assistants 14- Alexa: the voice bot that resulted in largest revenues

With an expected 125M units of shipment until 2025,  Amazon’s Alexa is by far the most financially successful chatbot with Amazon behind it. Amazon’s market capitalization of $1.57T by February 2023, and the management’s belief that voice commerce continued rise of popularity, ensures that Alexa gets the full support of Amazon.

By 2023, Alexa had 80K+ skills in the US alone. Skills in Alexa terminology are applications that allow Alexa to complete certain voice tasks. With its vast developer community, Alexa is more skilled than any other chatbot. She can help you shop, listen to music, run polls, and control your house’s ambient light.

15- Google Assistant

Available on all Android phones, Google Assistant is a holistic digital concierge. Google assistant serves as a response suggestion engine in Google’s messaging platforms. Additionally, assistants can answer questions and learn about users to offer them personalized news or suggestions.

Because Google Assistant comes in-built into phones, it does not have a big of a market, in terms of speaker shipment, as does Alexa. It has; however, caught up with Alexa in recent years (see Figure 1).

And by 2023, Google Assistant’s enhanced AI software had put it ahead of its main competitors (Siri and Alexa), in terms of correctly answering queries about local news, e-commerce, navigation, general information, and commands (see Figure 2).

16-’s Amy is already getting flowers from admirers

Having launched in 2014,’s Amy scheduled 1M+ meetings and received flowers and chocolate from people who know that she is a bot. Amy doesn’t yet have a voice but she’s extremely easy to use, just sign up @ chúng tôi and include “[email protected]” to your emails where you need scheduling.

In 2023, it was announced that chúng tôi was acquired by Bizzabo, a digital event management platform. In the press release, it was stated that’s “standalone scheduling tool” was shut down and was integrated into Bazzibo’s.

Survey bots 17- Polly wants to know more about you

Polly is a survey bot on Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Enterprise. The chatbot is mostly used to collect employee data, like their satisfaction during a meeting, the working environment, or any situation where the employees’ voice needs to be heard. The insights gained from the surveys can then be turned into data-driven decision-making.

Legal bots 18- Do not Pay, overturns $4M worth parking tickets for free

Coded by 19-year-old Stanford University student Joshua Browder, DoNotPay helps users contest parking tickets in an easy-to-use, chat-like interface. In the first 21 months of service, DoNotPay took 250,000 cases and won 160,000, appealing over $4m of parking tickets.

Since then, it’s expanded its features to 100 different legal processes, from helping users get eligibility for college fee waivers to connecting with a prison inmate.

It always brightens my day to receive these emails. I wish the local governments would just follow the rules chúng tôi Joshua Browder (@jbrowder1) June 26, 2024

Content automation 19- Automated Insight’s Wordsmith writes press-ready articles

Automated Insights wouldn’t call Wordsmith a chatbot. After all, it produces a pretty one-sided conversation: it generates reports from data. However, its language manipulation and content generation capabilities earned it a spot on our list and Automated Insights boasts that it is the only public API for natural language generation.

Just add Wordsmith to your Excel, Word or Tableau document and it will use the underlying data to prepare concise verbal summaries of the data. Wordsmith creates:

4K company earnings reports/quarter for the Associated Press

50K personalized narratives/week for greatcall

20- Toutiao offers tailored news

Toutiao, or “headline news” is a popular news aggregation service in China. As of 2023, Touriao had 148M, active users, spending 87 minutes on the news app on average.

A fun fact is that Toutiao’s algorithm is the same one that’s leveraged on TickTock. In recent years; however, the same algorithm that is responsible for offering tailored articles and content to individuals (through machine learning and data collection to learn more about them) is facing a governmental crackdown. This puts the future growth of the bot in doubt.

Chatbots for general use

Chatbots can act as digital friends and entertainers:

21- GPT-3

It is hard to talk about conversational AI and not mention the latest version of GPT. Its ease with grammar and creativity make it a great chat partner with numerous developers releasing their GPT-3 based chatbots. However, there are numerous examples where its lack of logical understanding makes it prone to error and outrageous recommendations.

In this video below, you can watch two GPT-3 AIs having a conversation that almost sounds human. The level of training enables these AI bots to make jokes, express their feelings about being robots, and discuss philosophical topics such as friendship, love, and existing like a human in the real world.

OpenAI launched ChatGPT, a GPT-3-based chatbot, on November 30, 2023. Due to the bot’s ability to converse like a human on a variety of themes, the application gained more than 1 million users in a week. For instance, the picture below demonstrates how ChatGPT identifies itself in terms of investor terminology.

22- Microsoft’s Little Ice, XiaoIce in Chinese, became a social media phenomenon

XiaoIce is Microsoft’s biggest chatbot success story and along with GPT-3, it is one of the most technically sophisticated bots on our list. In just three months following its launch in July 2014, XiaoIce had 0.5 billion conversations.

After becoming independent of Microsoft, in 2023, the company reached a valuation of 1$B following rounds of funding.

She has been ranked as Weibo’s top influencer with 850,000+ followers.

Some metrics that prove her success are:

The average number of dialogue turns per individual conversation (CPS) is 23 which is even higher than human conversations.

The average person who added XiaoIce talked to her more than 60 times per month. On average, she even passed the Turing test for 10 minutes, meaning that speakers failed to identify her as a bot in that interval.

Designed by Alan Turing in 1950, the Turing test was one of the first ones designed to measure AI capabilities. XiaoIce passing that test was significant.

But what made the chatbot so successful? Since she’s only fluent in Chinese, we couldn’t complete a detailed analysis of all her capabilities. However, these are her frequently discussed abilities:

Fluid, natural-like speech, enabled by text mining: As any one who frequently interacts with bots can tell you, it is rare to find a natural sounding bot. Microsoft team had to achieve this in Mandarin which is more difficult to tackle than English, because meaning in Chinese is more often implied by nuance and context versus grammatical structure. To address this, Microsoft team indexed over 7 million public conversations on the web.

Image recognition: XiaoIce understands images which allows her to interact in a richer way with users.

Screenshot of XiaoIce’s chat. Source: NYT

Context understanding: XiaoIce understands context and relations between entities, as demonstrated below:

XiaoIce understands that movie has a setting, and that a star has a relationship with a director. Source: Microsoft Research Blog

Unfortunately, XiaoIce later had a run-in with the communist party with statements such as “my China dream is moving to United States”. No bot is immune from failures, and countries with censorship regimes make it harder to test bots.

Going forward

Despite such setbacks, Microsoft is going ahead with chatbot development. Recently Allison Linn highlighted in Microsoft Blog how XiaoIce can now operate “full duplex”, a communications term meaning that she can listen and respond at the same time allowing her to interrupt a user with suggestions or respond when users interrupt her.

While this does not apply to the written format where you only see full replies, it is crucial in speech where humans interrupt one another continuously allowing an efficient interchange of ideas. This can be more efficient and fluid than the walkie-talkie style where you have to listen to the speaker even when she is mentioning things you are already aware of.

Lately, XiaoIce’s intelligence has been applied in diverse areas such as poetry. However, we couldn’t find much evidence on the commercial success of such applications

23- Kuki, formerly known as Mitsuku, wins prizes for her engaging conversations

Founded in 2005, Kuki is a relatively old chatbot. Kuki does not serve any specific purpose, but rather aims to engage and entertain users. It has earned Loebner Prize for ability to have human-like conversations in 2013, 2024 and 2023,2024 and 2023. However, the award, now discontinued, was criticized within the AI community, for being based on subjective assessment of judges after a short conversation with the bots. Still, Kuki has been performing pretty well for a relatively old bot.

Replika launched with a viral marketing campaign where customers could gain codes by inviting 3 friends to join the waitlist.

Replika can come across as a bit creepy. Interactions with Replika are relatively “flirty” and intended for companionship.

Moreover, there is not much it can do. Replika cannot set an alarm or order comfort food for the user. With the codes now out in the wild, hopefully, we’ll see developments. It asks a potentially endless barrage of questions and follows your social media (if you allow it) to understand you enough to be an engaging conversationalist.

Following its launch in 2023, Eugenia Kuyda, the co-founder of the company, claimed that 1.5 million people were waiting to interact with the bot. By 2023, the subreddit dedicated to Replika has 43K active members. There are even cases where the user claims that their Replika fell in love when users check in regularly.

Screenshot of a chat with Replika. Source: Replika.

Going forward

In 2023, Kuyda, and her team of developers, released Replika’s codes under CakeChat for open source access, with the hope that developers could build alternative emotional chatbots to Replika, yet capable of undertaking other tasks.

As mentioned, interactions with Replika all tend to get flirty, rather quick, as the bot seems to be solely intended for intimate companionship. So there’s not much you can do with it — it cannot set an alarm for you or order comfort food. But with the codes now out in the wild, we’ll hopefully see developments.

25- Insomnobot-3000 for people with insomnia

This entertainment bot is your late night friend. Intended for insomniacs, the bot becomes “extra chatty” between 11pm and 5am, local time. You can say anything to it and it will reply to keep you company when sleep eludes you.

A screenshot of Insomnobot-3000 website.

The bot is developed by the mattress company Casper. Perhaps it is a marketing, and targeting, technique for the company to learn which sections of the populations have trouble sleeping, in order to introduce them to Casper’s mattresses. The performance metrics on the bot are not available, but it seems as if the bot has no distinctive capability besides ghosting the user until 11pm, and only offering wisecracks from thereafter until sunrise.

Top 25 Best Facebook Games That You Should Play

Facebook is the largest social media platform in the world. With every big platform, gaming somehow stays interconnected, and Facebook is no shy of that. With the platform investing in its Facebook Gaming initiative, the tech company has allowed people to play hyper-casual titles anywhere, at any time. We listed down some of those games down here, for people who are not that heavily into gaming but want to enjoy them when bored.

Best Puzzle Games on Facebook 1. Car Escape Puzzle

2. Criminal Case

3. Bejeweled Blitz

Next on our list is Bejeweled Blitz which is an extremely popular puzzle game and very fun to play. While the gameplay is similar to Candy Crush Saga, it is a lot harder than the former as the time limit here is more aggressive and the levels harder. The game is fun to play in short bursts and acts as a great time killer.

4. Bubble Shooter Pro

As the name suggests, Bubble Shooter Pro is a game that involves shooting bubbles. However, the game is slightly more nuanced than that. In this game, you are supposed to shoot bubbles belonging to groups of the same color. Attempting to shoot a different colored bubble will add up as the bubble moves toward you, and your objective is to stay alive as long as you can.

5. The Puzzle

The Puzzle is a classic puzzle game where your objective is to collect a certain number of the specified object before you run out of moves. Since the game relies on your moves, be sure to think and make calculated moves instead of randomly moving things around in the grid. You progress to new levels and face harder stages as you level up in the game.

6. Angry Birds

Angry Birds is an official port of the iconic Angry Games game on Facebook. As you might already be aware, Angry Birds revolves around saving the bird’s eggs from green pigs. You should use the slingshot provided at the start of the game to attack pigs and knock all of them out to complete the round. If you are a fan of the Angry Birds franchise, you should certainly give the web version a shot.

7. Daily Sudoku

Best Strategy Games on Facebook 8. Battleship

Hasbro’s insanely popular game Battleship can be played digitally as well, so you can enjoy playing Battleship with your friends even when you can’t physically hang out together. The game is the same as the board game. You have to place ships on a grid, and your opponent will place theirs. Then, you each get three shots every turn to shoot at a random grid and see if it hits their ship or misses. The first player to sink all of their opponent’s ships wins. It’s a fun game to play with friends on Facebook.

9. Piano Music Master 10. Super Dash

If you’re looking for a fun platformer game to play on Facebook, you should definitely check out Super Dash. In Super Dash, you have to tap to jump, and you can double-tap to double-jump as well. Your mission is simple, collect coins and power-ups such as the star which basically acts as a coin magnet.

You will also have to avoid the spike strips that come around every now and then and will instantly end your game. The game has a timer, so you need to collect as many coins as you can within the time limit to set new high scores. This is a fun game to play when you’re just looking to have some mindless fun on Facebook.

11. Shoot Ball

Shoot Ball is a game that will eat into your time without you even realizing it. That is unless you’re bad at it, then it will be really annoying. All you have to do is move your cannon around and shoot all the falling rocks (of sorts) and destroy them. You also have to ensure that the rocks don’t come in contact with your cannon — at that point, it’s game over. You can upgrade your cannon’s shooting speed, power, and even the coins you get by destroying rocks at the end of each round. It’s a really fun game if you have lots of time on your hand and you have absolutely nothing else to do.

12. Throne Rush

Throne Rush is a simple real-time strategy or RTS game with simple and intuitive gameplay. The concept is the same as most of the RTS games that you are familiar with. You get to make buildings, create an army, battle other people, and defend your kingdom. The game offers really good visuals and I enjoyed playing it. If you love RTS games, you are going to love this one too. You should also check out some of the best strategy games for PC if you want something more intense and fleshed out.

13. Chess

If you like to test your mental faculties, there is no better game than chess to do it. I love the Chess game on Facebook as it not only allows me to play with bots and other players around the world but also allows me to play against my friends in multiplayer mode. You can choose between different game modes which include Blitz, Time Attack, and Classic, each with its own time frame. If you enjoy playing chess in real life, you will enjoy playing this too.

14. Draw Bridge

15. Uphill Racer 2

You must have played Fingersoft’s Hill Climb Racing game on Android. Well, Uphill Racer 2 is a replica of the game adapted for the web. Like Hill Climb Racing, you get the car and different hill climbing environments. You should go as far as you can without running out of fuel. Speaking of fuel, make sure you pick the red gas cans along the way to refill the car’s fuel tank. If you are a fan of Hill Climb Racing, you are likely to enjoy Uphill Racer 2 on Facebook.

16. Ludo King

There are some games that never seem to lose charm nor do they ever appear to age. And Ludo King belongs to that special category of games. To me, the best part about this game is pretty simple yet addictive gameplay. Thus, you can play it with anyone without having to spend much time getting a good grip on playing methods.

17. Snake Tournament

Of course, the iconic Snake game takes a spot on our list of Facebook games. You can collect particles of any color to grow your snake. Make sure you don’t slither into larger snakes as coming into contact with them will kill you. Interestingly, there is also nitro that you can use to go faster. However, it comes with a catch. Using nitro will shrink your snake’s size. While we would not always recommend using it, nitro can be a lifesaver when you’re trying to attack opponents in the game.

19. Golf Clash

Just like 8 Ball Pool, Golf Clash is a pretty addictive sports game. You will play golf against players around the world on beautiful virtual golf courses. As you rise through the ranks you will upgrade your clubs and unlock tours to compete against pro players. You can even invite your friends and have a one-on-one match against them in 2-player mode. This is a fun and relaxing game to play.

20. 8 Ball Pool

One of the most popular and highly rated games on Facebook is 8 Ball Pool, and I cannot recommend it enough. The game boasts more than 10 million monthly users and offers good graphics. The rules are simple to understand and even if you have never played 8 Ball Pool before, you can learn the basics and get started in just a few minutes.

21. Super Bowling

We have also included Super Bowling, an easy bowling game, under the sports category. The premise of the game is straightforward. You are given a ball, and you have to roll it and knock down as many pins as you can. While you wait for your next bowling alley visit, this game should keep you occupied and give you a similar experience right from the comfort of your home.

Best Word Games on Facebook 22. Words with Friends

Put your vocabulary to the test in Words with Friends on Facebook games. This is a classic game that most likely needs to introduction. You can play with your friends online as you try to use the letter tiles available to you each round to make the highest scoring words on the boards. At the end of the game, the player with the highest score wins.

There are multiple squares on the board that offer double and triple scores as well, so whenever possible, make sure you place your tiles on those squares to get even higher scores. This is a great game to play with friends when you’re trying to pass some time, while also brushing up on your vocabulary. Plus, unlike offline words with friends, here you will not have to argue with each other about the existence of words, so no need to keep a dictionary handy.

Best Action Games on Facebook 23. Hero Wars

Hero Wars is your classic action game featuring awesome 2D graphics. The game starts you on a journey of a hero who is on a mission to save guardians from a demon. The game is very well made and I loved playing it. My favorite thing about this game is that it’s not too hard to play and hence is a great time killer meant for short bursts of gameplay. Nzxt H210 Pc Case Review

The NZXT H210 is a Mini-ITX-only version of the H510 and the smallest in this product range. The H-series has become one of the most iconic lines of cases of recent years and this latest refresh doesn’t disappoint.

The Outside

Out of the box, you instantly spot that NZXT design and not only does it look like its bigger brothers (H510/H710), it looks like its predecessor, the H200, too. Now there are a few subtle changes to NZXTs latest refresh, which I will touch up later but overall this is an exquisite looking PC case.

We have the black and red model here but from the front, you wouldn’t be able to tell it apart from the H510 if it wasn’t so small. This identical chassis has that same matte black color and grainy texture, with a subtle logo that is barely visible see at some angles.

The back of the case is quality, but as boring as the H510, with a few minor differences. We see the same 120mm fan vent near the top, however, this time you only get two expansion slots for your GPU. So if you are someone who uses a Wi-Fi card you are going to have to ensure you get a motherboard with onboard Wi-Fi or use a USB adapter.

Down at the bottom, you have to remove the PSU bracket which has been included in case you would like to install an SFF power supply. This bracket was hands down the hardest thing I have ever had to unscrew on a case before, so be prepared for that one.

The Side

The tempered glass panel side window comes off very easily and it’s one of the more user-friendly panels I have come across. You simply undo the single thumb-screw (ouch) and then it pops out nicely. Towards the front, is a large red piece of steel with ventilation running all the way down. This is one of the few flourishes of color and spots for the rear fans to draw air.

The Top

These consist of:

Power Button

1 x USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A

1 x USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C

With the H-series, there are large cutouts that are cleverly hidden with the design of the case. So no need for grommets but we see the cable bar which once again, looks superb. The cable bar is NZXTs final flourish of red on this model and it does more than just neaten up your build. The cable bar is a great spot to mount your reservoir and like the other models, you can completely remove it if you wish.

This case is Mini-ITX only and even that’s a bit of a tight squeeze. Don’t worry, everything fits but you may have to remove the rear fan to plug in your CPU power. Of course, the layout is completely open towards the front end so make sure you tidy your PSU cables properly as you do not want to ruin the clean nature of this NZXT case. The front panel also comes off to reveal the radiator bracket and included dust filter. You can squeeze a 280mm radiator on the front or install two 140mm fans, generous for a case of this size.

At the bottom, we see the familiar PSU shroud with the GPU cable cutout in the appropriate place. During my build, I used a full-sized turbo RX 5700 XT, so I needed to run the cable down the open end which looked much cleaner. Clipped onto the PSU shroud sits a small plastic bracket that you can mount a 2.5” SSD onto and is quite a useful way of getting some extra features in. If, like me, and you want to keep your mini-build as clean as possible, then it is probably best to go for M.2 storage or use the SSD brackets at the back.

The Back Panel

Like the rest of the H210, the back panel is simple and very useful. We see the same cable management brackets to take care of your fan, front panel, and PSU cables. These brackets almost eliminate the use of cable ties but I had to throw a few in there for my own cable management OCD (although not as many as I’d like). Normally I would remove these brackets entirely and run my own cable management but I gave them a go and they work quite well in fairness to NZXT.

As mentioned, there are two more spots to mount 2.5” SSDs and that’s your lot, no HDD cage in this build. Like the other H-series case, the front panel cable is now all one, which was actually a godsend in this mini-ITX case as my hands barely fit inside.

Design – Nzxt has managed to follow that same minimalist and clean look they have achieved with their other cases and fit it into something as small as this. It’s incredible and easily one of the best mini-ITX cases on the market, plus the layout is still very logical. I think the discrete nature of the case contrasts so well with the burst of color from the cable bar and when you’ve got a system in here, just wow. Of course, it isn’t just visually pleasing, it’s easy and somewhat satisfying to build in, even when compared to some bigger competitor cases.

Airflow – Due to the form factor, this will run hotter than standard mid-towers but as long as you slap an AIO on your CPU or fiddle with the configuration, you should be set. As mentioned, this is a superb mini case to water-cool, with the results often being phenomenal. Regardless, you get two preinstalled Aer 120mm fans inside and decent enough out of the box performance.

USB Type-C – While this type of connector is widely used now its one of the main features when comparing this to the older H200. This modern type of connector is great but again, make sure you have a motherboard to support it otherwise just grab yourself the older model. It’s great having this at the front, but it isn’t as important as some of the larger cases we have reviewed as this case would most likely be sat on your desk rather than underneath.

The slightly bigger H510 from NZXT offers the better value but if you are building a new mini rig, the chances are that value is not high on your list of priorities. As previously mentioned, for an easier life go for the H210i with the new and improved smart device but be prepared for the price hike.

Overall, this simplistic case is a beauty and is my favorite in NZXTs H-series.

Review: Zaggmate Ipad Keyboard Case

Many iPad keyboard cases have hit the market in recent weeks and we finally got our hands on ZAGG’s ZAGGMate iPad keyboard case for review… and it’s awesome. The ZAGGMate is an iPad keyboard accessory at heart but doubles as a case. The case aspect of the ZAGGMate is not fantastic but the keyboard part may just be the best third-party implementation we’ve seen. Check out our review after the break:

The Keyboard:

The ZAGGMate’s keyboard is just like your traditional netbook keyboard. The keys do not have much spacing, like Apple’s offerings, but if you can type on a netbook keyboard you can easily type on the ZAGGMate. The keys can be typed on wonderfully with no delay to the iPad. The keyboard uses the standard QWERTY layout and has all the function keys as well as number input. The keyboard also features some iPad-specific shortcuts.

Overall the ZAGGMate keyboard is wonderful to type on and is a breeze if you are used to traditional PC netbook keyboards. You will most likely find that you will type much faster with the ZAGGMate than with Apple’s virtual iPad keyboard making it perfect for e-mail and productivity apps. In terms of traditional Mac and PC typing shortcuts we found that Command-A (select all), Caps lock, Command-C (copy), Command-V (paste), and Command-X (cut) all work perfectly. To get an idea of the keyboard’s size the image above compares it to Apple’s wireless keyboard.

Connectivity and Battery Life:

The ZAGGMate includes a mini-usb port on the bottom for charging with the included mini-USB cable. Charging is done via Apple’s charger included with the iPad. The bluetooth keyboard has fantastic battery life with a 510 mAh rechargeable lithium polymer battery that can last for weeks without a recharge.

The iPad Case:

The ZAGGMate as a case is not that great. The only thing it truly protects is the iPad’s front. To put the iPad in the ZAGGMate you simply put it screen first into the keyboard portion then it will lock in. We recommend that you get a protective bag to put your iPad in while its being carried in the ZAGGMate for the best security. The case itself has an opening on the bottom for access to the iPad’s dock connector and openings for the mute switch and volume rocker, depending on the direction your place the iPad in the case.

The case is crafted from high-quality aluminum and adds 1/4 of an inch to the iPad’s thickness, which is nice. It is also extremely light making it easy to take around and carry the iPad in.

Pricing and Availability:

The ZAGGMate iPad keyboard case costs $99 and there is also a $69 version without the bluetooth keyboard (great as a stand while using another bluetooth keyboard). Both ZAGGMates are currently available for pre-order on ZAGG’s online store and will ship December 17th. If you cannot wait until then, Best Buy stores already have them!

Overall the ZAGGMate iPad keyboard case is a great bluetooth keyboard accessory for your iPad and is very convenient as it attaches as a case. The great part about the keyboard is the built-in stand for optimal typing. The case itself is not that great and we recommend getting a second case to put everything in for better protection. The $99 price-point is high for a device at this price. If you really want a keyboard/case accessory for your iPad there are a few options that may be better for some:

Apple’s iPad Keyboard Dock ($69) + Apple’s iPad Case (cheaper at Amazon) ($39) = $108

Apple’s Bluetooth Keyboard ($69) + Apple’s iPad Dock ($29) (cheaper at Amazon) = $98

How To Set Up Streamlabs Chatbot For Twitch.

If you are streaming on Twitch and want to set up a chatbot to moderate your streams or just make random conversation. This article will guide you through the basic setup process for Streamlabs Chatbot. For streamers just starting out, this is probably the best free, reliable chatbot on the market, so follow along as we take you through the basic set up process.

Related: How to get Text to Speech for your Twitch Chat. (Enable TTS Twitch)

Over the last eighteen months streaming services like Twitch and YouTube, among others, have seen millions of new users sign up and start broadcasting. Having an outdoor social life isn’t as easy as it once was, so it’s easy to see why people are seeking out online tools to interact with each other and hopefully make a few fucks on the side.

For anyone starting out, the entire streaming setup process can be quite complicated as there is a lot of technical stuff to organise and a lot of settings to fine-tune once you pick a streaming platform and streaming software. And once you are set up and have a steady streaming schedule planned with regular viewers, you’ll eventually need to set up a bot to monitor and moderate and police your channel.

Thankfully, Streamlabs has made this nice and easy and created a tool that you can easily set up and fine-tune for your exact requirements. The basic setup process is nice and easy, though the wizard can be a little tricky if you aren’t familiar with the lingo or process of how it works so let’s get started setting up Streamlabs Chatbot for Twitch and YouTube.

TIP: If you want to stream to multiple services at the same time, YouTube, Twitch, Daily Motion, Facebook, etc, check out our guide on that here.

How do you set up Streamlabs Chatbot for Twitch?

The first thing you need to do in order to set up a Streamlab Chatbot for Twitch is create a new Twitch account. This account will be solely used for your bot so pick a name that works for you. I’m streaming under the user name JASHIKO_ and made a bot account called OKIHSAJ, because BOTINATOR was taken already (sad face). Now that you have installed Streamlabs Chatbot and have a bot account, you can start the setup process.

Next, select your platform from the list in this caseTwitch. If you are using Restream just choose Twitch.

Here you will need to log in to your Twitch Bot account. (Not your main account) For me, that would be OKIHSAJ.

On this next page, sign in using your main Twitch account. For me, that will be JASHIKO_.

If you have entered all of your information correctly, you’ll be shown a screen similar to the one below. It should show that the [Bot Client] is successfully connected as well as a list of your moderators (if you have set some already). Below that it will show that the [Streamer Client] is successfully connected. That’s the entire Streamlabs Chatbot client setup.

How do you Connect Streamlabs to Streamlabs Chatbot for Notifications? Can’t use Notifications in Streamlabs Chatbot fix.

For some reason, even after you have connected your Twitch bot account and your main Twitch account, you still need to connect your Streamlabs account to your Streamlabs Chatbot software.

Now you will be able to start using the Notifications tab in the Streamlabs Chatbot dashboard. It will no longer say to connect Streamlabs.

Understanding Streamlabs Chatbot Features, Options & Tools.

Now that you have set up the Streamlabs Chatbot software the real fun begins, configuring everything. This is the part that is really time-consuming and also a little tricky, depending on how deep you want to go. For this, I suggest using YouTube as your source of information. I’ve linked a guide here that gives a fantastic overview of all the options found in Streamlabs Chatbot’s left-hand panel.
