You mistakenly subscribed to a service or never intended to buy an app.
Your kid purchased the service without your consent.
Your purchase failed to work as you expected.
Apple may accept other reasons for requesting a refund. But the above are the standards. However, Apple might not refund if you request it 14 days after the purchase. Also, they might decline your request if they think it’s not valid or appears fraudulent.
And to add to this, you can refund in-app purchases only if you use iOS 15 and later. This is because previous iOS versions create a bottleneck as they don’t provide refund control for developers.
So, it might be time to update your iOS version if you haven’t already.
How to request a refund from Apple
There are a few ways to request a refund of your iTunes or App Store purchases from Apple. You can do this on your iPhone, iPad, Android, PC, or Mac.
However, as of writing, the only way to request a refund from Apple is via a web browser like Safari or Google Chrome. The process is pretty much the same across all devices. But you’ll see how to go about it on mobile and computer.
So whatever device you choose will work, provided it has internet access and a web browser. And all you need is your Apple ID and password.
Request a refund via Mac or PC
First, open the Safari browser on your Mac computer or Google Chrome (if you’re using a PC). Next, go to Apple’s Report a Problem page and sign in with your Apple ID:

As an Apple Watch owner, you already know of the many ways your wearable can benefit you. And when Apple introduced a standalone App Store app on Apple Watch, it was another great feature. You no longer have to open the store on your iPhone to browse or download apps for your Watch.
Along with this terrific way to get apps, the App Store also lets you manage your account, right from your wrist. Although limited, you can still do things like view purchases and manage subscriptions and here’s how.Access your account in the App Store on Apple Watch
Once you navigate to the app and access your account, you can accomplish your tasks easily. So, let’s get started!
1) Open the App Store by pressing the Digital Crown and tapping it from your installed apps.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the App Store screen and tap Account.
3) You’ll then see tabs for Purchased, Subscriptions, and Updates. We’ll cover the first two options below. The Updates tab is simple one showing your available updates and recently updated apps.Purchased
Tap Purchased to see the apps you’ve installed. If you have Family Sharing set up, tap My Purchases to see your own or a family member’s name to see theirs.

Having the Subscriptions section in the App Store on Apple Watch means you don’t have to jump up and grab your iPhone or Mac. You can manage that subscription from your wrist.
At the top of the Subscriptions screen you’ll see your Active subscriptions. You can also see the date each is set to renew. And if you’re curious about inactive ones, you have a section at the bottom for Expired subscriptions.
Tap to pick one and then you can review the auto-renew details. This lets you choose a different option such as a yearly subscription instead of a monthly one (for apps that offer options). First, press the Win+I hotkey to launch the Settings app and navigate to the Apps tab from the left side pane.

When the user tries to run Sysprep operation in such a scenario, the operation may fail with the same error mentioned above.

If the user is trying to create a Windows reference image
The user connects to the Windows Store and tries to update the provisioned Windows Store apps from the Windows Store.
When the user tried to run Sysprep operation in this scenario, the will lead to the operation getting failed with the same error as mentioned above.
An additional provider has been added in Windows 10 in Sysprep, this is to clean the Appx packages and also to generalize the image. The provider works only with the following packages:
Per-user package: In this package, the Appx package is installed for a particular user account only and is not available for other users of the same PC.
All-user package: In this package, the Appx package has been provisioned into the images this allows all the users who use this image to access the app.
In the scenario where an all-user package which was provisioned into the image earlier and was manually de-provisioned from the image but was not removed for a particular user, the provider will get an error while cleaning out this package while running Sysprep.
The provider is also expected to fail if case an all-user package that was provisioned into the image was updated by the users on the reference computer.
Removing the package for the user running Sysprep, and also remove the provisioning can help in resolving this issue. In order to prevent the Windows Store from automatically updating the apps, simply unplug the Internet connection or disable Automatic Updates in the Audit mode before creating the image.
KB2769827 lays down the following steps to fix this issue:

In the output of this last cmdlet, check the users for whom the package is showing up as Installed. Delete these user accounts from the reference computer or log on to the computer by using these user accounts. Then, run the cmdlet in step 4 to remove the Appx package.
This command lists all packages that were published by Microsoft and installed by any user of that reference computer. Because the computer is to be sysprepped, we assume that these user profiles no longer require the package.

For the sake of this tutorial, I thought it would be best to begin with a fresh install in order to walk you through the setup process.Perform the following operations via DSM on your Synology NAS
Step 1: Create a new volume and shared folder on your NAS to store your Final Cut Pro X library.
Step 4: On the same File Services page, disable AFP and NFS if enabled. Note some services may require these protocols, such as Time Machine. If you don’t require AFP or NFS, it’s best to keep them disabled.Perform the following operations in a Terminal window on macOS
You can find the IP address of your Synology NAS via the System Health widget in DSM or via Control Panel → Network → Network Interface tab.
Step 6: If you receive a message stating “are you sure you want to continue to connect?” type yes and press Return on your keyboard.
Step 7: At the password prompt, enter the password that you normally use to log in to your Synology NAS and press Return. You should now be successfully logged into to your NAS.
Step. 8: Type sudo -i and press Return on your keyboard. Reenter your password and press Return on your keyboard. You should now have root access.
Step 9: Type cd /etc/samba and press Return on your keyboard.
Step 10: Type vim smb.conf to open the smb configuration file in the Vim text editor.
Step 11: Page down or use the down arrow on your keyboard to move the cursor to the line that says passdb backend=smbpasswd press the ‘i’ key on your keyboard, and press Return to insert a new line.
Step 12: On the new line, type the following: vfs objects=catia,fruit,streams_xattr be sure to include the commas. This is taken directly from Apple’s Use shared storage with Final Cut Pro X support page, but this excellent reddit post helped me to understand that commas were necessary.
Step 13: Press the ESC key on your keyboard and type :wq! and press Return on your keyboard. This will save the changes made to the chúng tôi file and exit Vim.

Just because you can store your FCP X libraries on your NAS doesn’t mean that you should automatically do so. You’ll need to closely analyze your particular editing needs, storage requirements, along with the type of video that you plan to edit, in order to make sure it’s a wise decision.
Editing from a NAS is certainly doable, but a simple external SSD, or a direct attached Thunderbolt 3 storage solution may be a better choice for your circumstance. That said, if you already own a Synology NAS, have access to 10GbE, and have plenty of storage to spare, it’s worth looking into.
