If you want to make a daily schedule in Google Sheets, you can do it in just minutes. Enter the times in your preferred increments, then add your appointments, meetings, or tasks.

Creating a weekly schedule in Google Sheets is just as easy as a daily one. Plus, you can quickly convert a daily schedule into a weekly one with a few simple changes.
Start by entering the times of the day as described above, starting in the second row. Leave the first row blank for now.
Go to the first cell in the second column, cell B1, and enter the first day of your week. For example, enter “Sunday” for a seven-day week or “Monday” for a five-day workweek.
Select the cell containing your day and drag to the right to fill the remaining cells in the row with the rest of the days.
You now have a weekly schedule where each day is divided into time increments. Enter your tasks, appointments, and meetings in the corresponding cells.Create a Dynamic Monthly Calendar in Google Sheets
Maybe you prefer to create a monthly calendar, whether for scheduling family occurrences or as a content calendar. You can set it up so that it’s dynamic. By entering the month and year, you’ll see the dates on the calendar update.
Start by entering a month and year into cell A1 and the day of the week you want to start on, either “Sunday” or “Monday,” in cell A2. Then, drag the day of the week to the right as described above to fill in the remaining days.
Enter the dates for the first week on the calendar using a formula with the WEEKDAY function to make the calendar dynamic. In cell A3, enter the following formula if your week starts on Sunday:
If you start your week on Monday, enter this formula instead:
If you’re interested in how the formula works, let’s break it down using the WEEKDAY function.
WEEKDAY(A1) says take the date in cell A1 and provide the day of the week that the first of the month falls on. For our “February” example, you can see that the first day of the month falls on the fourth day of the week, which is “Wednesday.”
=A1-WEEKDAY(A1)+1 subtracts that value from the same date and adds one. This provides us with the correct date for the start of the week on the monthly calendar, which is January 29.
For this example, we are using the first formula above and starting our weeks on Sunday. You’ll notice that the month and year appear, so you’ll need to format it as a “Day.”
When the “Day” field appears, make sure it shows as “Day (5).” Use the arrow on the right to open the menu and choose this option if necessary.
After you select “Apply,” the cell will update to display the day of the month.
Go to cell B3 and enter the following formula, which takes the date we just entered and adds one to it:
Go to cell C3 and enter this formula, which does the same as the one above.
Select the previous cells, B3 and C3, and use the fill handle to drag that formula to the right to fill the remaining week.
Go to cell A4 and enter this formula to add a day to the date from the previous line:
Go to cells B4 and C4 and enter these formulas, respectively, to add a day to the previous date:
Select cells B4 and C4, then drag the fill handle to the left to fill the cells.
Select the cells in row 4 that contain the formula and drag down to complete the month.
Confirm that the dates are correct. You can change the month to see the dates update. For instance, you can enter “June 2023” or “6/2023,” press Enter or Return, and view the updated calendar.Format the Monthly Calendar
Once you have the dates in your calendar, you’ll want to insert a row between each row of dates. This gives it a calendar appearance and allows you to type inside the date boxes.
Do the same for the remaining rows.
Increase the height of those rows to have more space to enter items. Select each box row using a keyboard shortcut. Choose the first one, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac), and choose each additional row.
Each box row will update to the same size.
You can also wrap the text and align it so that it displays properly.
Select the cells in the first box row, open the “Text Wrapping” menu in the toolbar, and select the “Wrap” icon.
Any text you type in a box will remain in that box and wrap to a new line rather than carry over to the next blank box.
Align the text in those boxes so that it’s at the top instead of the bottom. Select the cells in the first box row, open the “Vertical Align” menu in the toolbar, and pick the “Top” icon.
Drag through the cells in the next box row. Those boxes will be formatted with the same text wrap and alignment. Follow the same process to format the additional box rows in your calendar.Customize Your Calendar’s Appearance
In this next section, we walk through some optional formatting options for the appearance of your calendar.Format the Headings
After you create the daily, weekly, or monthly calendar, you can adjust the headings at the top so that they stand out.
For the monthly calendar, select the cell containing the month and year and drag through the cells to the right until you reach the last column in the calendar.
Keep the cell selected, open the “Horizontal Align” menu in the toolbar, and pick the “Center” icon.
For the daily or weekly schedule, select the “Times and Tasks” headers as well as the days of the week and use the “Horizontal Align” menu to center them as well.
Use the “Font Size” section of the toolbar to increase the size of the font in any of the calendars. You can also make the font bold, italic, or give it a certain color.
You can also add a fill color to the cells that contain the weekdays and the dates to the monthly calendar.
Select the cells containing the days of the week or the dates. Use the “Fill Color” button in the toolbar to choose a color for the cells.
Try using different shades of the same color for the days and dates. For instance, if you colored the weekdays dark blue, you could color the dates light blue.
Use the Font section in the toolbar to format the text for the weekdays and dates, too, if you would like.Add a Border
Select the entire calendar by dragging your cursor through all of the cells.
Open the “Borders” menu in the toolbar and choose the “All Borders” icon. Your calendar will immediately get a border.Duplicate or Copy and Paste Your Calendar
If you want to copy your monthly calendar and paste it into another sheet or separate area on the same sheet, change the month and year on your subsequent calendars, and the dates will update.
Choose the cell where you want to paste it and press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac).

Word Art is a digital documentation feature that can add visually stimulating elements to your text and can be done for free, especially if you’re using a document editor like Google Docs.
Here, we provide a step-by-step guide on how to add word art in Google Docs, customize it in all the ways possible, provide alternative sources of downloading word art as images, as well as how to export your own word art created in Google Docs as images. So let’s begin!
Does Google Docs allow you to add word art natively?
Though there are a variety of sources online from where you can generate and download word art, Google Docs itself can be used for the same purpose. This saves one the trouble of importing it later and getting the formatting to stick. Furthermore, Google Docs is free to use for anyone, regardless of whether they’re a Google Suite user or not. So if you’re working with Google Docs, the best way to add word art is to use the native options to do so.

How to add Word Art in Google Docs
Here’s how to add and customize Word Art in Google Docs.
Method 1: Using the Drawings menu
Firstly, open Google Docs and select a ‘Blank’ document (or use an existing document).
Alternatively, type @drawing and select Drawing.
Then select New.
Select Word Art.
This will bring up the text box. Type in the words that you want to turn into word art.
As suggested, if you want to add multiple lines, use Shift+Enter.
Once you’re done typing, simply press Enter to save. Your words will be added to the drawing board.

Method 2: Generate and add word art as an image
If the native options to generate word art in Google Docs don’t cut it for you, then you might benefit from doing so via other sources. Here are a couple that you should check out.

Here, firstly, choose a text style.
Enter your text in the ‘Logo text’ field.
Then change ‘Text Size’.
Open the download image to see the word art output.
Then select Image, and then Upload from Computer.

Now, enter your text next to the ‘Text’ field.
Select your font.
Change the size, line height, and letter spacing using their respective sliders.
If you want, you can also change the ‘Style’ and ‘Background’ by switching over to those tabs and choosing from the available options.
You can now insert the downloaded image into your Google Docs document as shown before.

How to customize your word art in Google Docs
From the same page, you can customize your word art in every way imaginable. Let’s go through each option step-by-step to see how you can make use of it:
Change Font, Bold, and Italicize
And select the font of your choice.
Customize text color and borders
Select your color.
You can also look through other color gradients or add your own custom one.
And pick your color (again, look through the options and find one that fits your scheme).
This will add an outer layer of color to the text.
The next option will let you change the weight (or the thickness) of the border.
Choose from the available options to make the border thicker.
Next, let’s change the ‘Border Dash’ or the borderline.
Here, you can select from borders with a continuous borderline, or those with dots and dashes.
Rotate your word art
Rotating your word art is easy. Select the text box. Then select the pin holding the box and then use the mouse to drag it left or right and change the rotation.
There are other things that you can add to your word art, including lines, shapes, and images from the toolbar. However, for purposes of this guide, we’re sticking to only the text.
Your word art will be added to your document.
Edit word art image size, position, style, and text wrapping
But there are many more options hidden away. For demonstration purposes, we’ve added a bunch of text to show how the edited word art image will appear with the different options.
Then select All image options.
Here, you’ll be able to change the width and the height of the word art image by inches…
… or by scale percentage.
Note: If the aspect ratio is locked, changing one dimension will change the other as well. To change width and height independently, make sure to uncheck ‘Lock aspect ratio’.
Here, you will get 5 different text wrapping styles to choose from. The images provided should help you picture how your word art will look with the rest of the text.
If you’ve chosen the ‘Wrap text’ option (like we have), you will see additional options open up to customize the style. The drop-down menu under ‘Wrap’ will help you determine whether you want the text to wrap on either side of the text, or both sides.
Below it, you can customize the exact margin of the word art from the rest of the text.
Here, you can change the position of the word art along the X-axis (horizontally) and the Y-axis (vertically).
This is in relation to the top left of the paragraph, and when changing the position, the word art will ‘Move with text’. If you’d rather have a fixed position for the word art image, select Fix position on page.
Again, you’ll be able to change the position along the X and Y axis.
There are also a few ‘Quick layouts’ that you can check out and select from one of them.
Once you’re satisfied with the size, rotation, text-wrapping, and position elements, close the sidebar.
Then use the handlebars to resize the word art box, or drag it to change its position.
Shortcuts will also be available in the toolbar to customize the word art image box.
Can you download Word Art generated in Google Docs?
Downloading word art from online sources is all well and good. But what if you’ve managed to create some stunning word art right from Google Docs itself? Well, fortunately, Google Docs allows you to download your word art image to your computer so that you can share or re-use it on your future documents.
How to download Word Art from Google Docs?
Here’s how you can download word art that you’ve created on Google Docs itself:
Hover over Download, and then choose your format.
And just like that, you would have downloaded your word art as an image.

There are a few easy ways to move your files and folders from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other cloud storage services to Apple’s iCloud Drive, and this tutorial shows you how to do that directly from your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Windows PC.
Use the Files app on iPhone and iPad
1) Download Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or the specific cloud storage app to your iPhone or iPad. Log in with your account details.
3) Select Drive, Dropbox, or any other storage option under the Locations heading to go inside it.
4) Tap the more button and hit Select. Now, choose the files and folder you want to copy to iCloud.
5) Tap the folder icon to move them.
6) Tap the <back button from the top left until you reach the Browse screen. From here, tap iCloud Drive and go to one of its folders.
7) Finally, tap Copy.
The Files app will copy the data from Google Drive to iCloud.
In some cases, you may see ‘The Operation Can’t Be Completed. Couldn’t communicate with a helper application.’ To fix this:
Retry the above steps.
Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the internet so that files from online cloud service can download.
Reduce the number of files and folders you have selected.
Force quit the Files app and try again.
Open the other app in question (ie. Drive or Dropbox), and save the file and folder offline. Once done, use the Files app to move them to iCloud Drive.
Update the third-party app in question.
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Make sure your device is on the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

Copy files from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive to iCloud Drive
Using this method, you can’t copy folders, however you can work with individual files and move them to iCloud Drive. The steps differ from app to app, so we have covered three of the most popular ones.
Open the Dropbox app to see your files.
Tap the small checkbox icon from the top and select the files. Don’t select a folder.
Now, tap Export and choose Save to Files.
Tap the back button (<) from the top left until you reach the Browse screen. Select iCloud Drive and hit Save.
Open the Microsoft OneDrive app and navigate to the location of your files.
Touch and hold a file, and it will select it. You can tap other files to select them.
Use the back button (<) from the top left until you get to the Browse screen. From here, hit iCloud Drive, go to your desired folder, and tap Save.
Open the Drive app and go inside the folder with your files.
You can’t add multiple Drive files to iCloud using this method. So, touch & hold a file, and it will be selected.
Use the back button (<) from the top left till you see the Browse screen. Select iCloud Drive, pick a folder and hit Save.
After following the above steps, open the Files app and go to iCloud Drive to see the data you just transferred.

Use a computer
This is the most reliable method to move files from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and other services to iCloud Drive.
Visit Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc., in a web browser and log in.
Now, download the files and folders you want to move to iCloud Drive.
Make sure you have set up iCloud Drive on your Mac. When that’s done, you will see the iCloud Drive option in the Finder sidebar.
Your Mac will automatically upload the files to iCloud Drive and make them accessible on all your Apple devices and the web. You can access them inside the Files app on iPhone or iPad, the iCloud Drive section in Mac’s Finder, and on chúng tôi using any web browser.
