Suggested March 2024 A Guide To The Muscles You Forget To Exercise

TO MAINTAIN a healthy level of physical fitness, everyone should commit to at least 30 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise or strength training a day. That’s easier said than done. With running errands, working a desk job, and fulfilling family obligations, the modern lifestyle does not leave much time for regular exercise. If you do prioritize working out, you might still be neglecting key muscle groups that support posture, movement, and overall health. Keep reading for a list of the most ignored ones, exercises to strengthen them, and the reasons you might need more variety in your routine.

Healthy fitness goals

Before you start switching up your workouts, Christopher Geiser, an exercise science professor, physical therapist, and trainer at Marquette University, has a few important reminders.

Second, it’s important to know the difference between exercising for overall health and exercising for performance. “If you wanna be healthy, then you’re trying to get as variable activity with a nice even distribution of the loading across different areas as you can,” Geiser says.

In contrast, “If you’re trying to run the Boston Marathon, you’ve got a really specific something that you’re working on and [your exercise regimen] is going to focus on that,” he explains. “And it isn’t always the most healthy for you.”

In other words, don’t sacrifice your well-being for better performance. “You want a balance across all of the conditioning exercises that you’re doing,” Geiser says. “And that variability across your system is probably what’s gonna give you the most bang for your buck healthwise.”

Target muscle area no. 1: Rotator cuffs

The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles and their connected tendons that attach the shoulder blade to the upper arm, stabilizing the shoulder and allowing 360-degree movement. Strengthening the area can prevent shoulder injuries, some of which can lead to permanent loss of function.

If you already have shoulder pain or a rotator cuff injury, however, you could exacerbate it by exercising those muscles. See a medical professional for treatment instead.

Recommended exercises:

Doorway stretches

Reverse flies with dumbbells

Wall angels

Target muscle area no. 2: Abdominal core and back

In addition to helping you avoid accidents from, say, moving furniture, having a strong core boosts posture, balance, and movement. Each abdominal muscle has to work in harmony to control your back and pelvis, although “you don’t necessarily need them to do a lot of your everyday activities,” Geiser says. “But when you do need them, they’re not always in shape and ready to go.”

Recommended exercises:

Target muscle area no. 3: Neck flexors

These deep muscle groups rest in the front of the neck and are responsible for holding its position, contributing to posture. “We abuse the flexors when we stare at computer screens with our head forward all the time,” Geiser says. “They are notoriously weak because we haven’t built them up.”

If you’re experiencing neck pain after staring down at a phone or laptop for a long period, it might be worth it to train these muscles. And at the same time, remind yourself to straighten your posture while doom-scrolling on the couch or working at a desk.

Recommended exercises:

Supine neck retractions

Active assisted neck flexions

Supine cervical flexions

Target muscle area no. 4: Glutes

Though they get a lot of attention, the muscles underlying your butt are often improperly exercised. Strengthening your glutes helps with proper body alignment, movement, and athletic edge. Weak glutes can cause other areas of the body, such as the lower back or knees, to overcompensate when you’re walking, running, or climbing stairs. A stronger set also corrects posture and spinal alignment, reducing the risk of back pain and injuries.

Recommended exercises:

Target muscle area no. 5: Tendons

Most casual gymgoers don’t think of flexing these parts. Tendons aren’t muscles: They’re connective tissue that attaches muscles to bones, controlling movement of the skeleton. While they’re strong and flexible, injuries can occur from overuse, repetitive strain, or aging. Tendon-specific training can improve joint health, reduce pain and stiffness, and promote speed and agility. Use two different types of exercises to strengthen them—prolonged weight holds and quick, fast contractions—but not in the same workout. Vary your routine daily to keep from overloading these crucial parts, and be sure to take at least one day off from working out each week.

Recommended exercises:

Eccentric movements

Isometric movements

Plyometric movements

How To Forget A Network On Windows 11

Whenever you connect to a network, Windows will autosave the passwords and other connection data so that you can log back into it again when it is within range. But what if you want to forget a Wi-Fi network?

Though it is not something that people generally do, you may end up in a situation where you have no other choice but to forget a network. Well, here’s everything you need to know about it and when you should be doing it.

How to forget Wi-Fi networks and network profiles

There are a few ways by which you can forget Wi-Fi networks that are saved by Windows. Let’s start with the simplest ones first and progress gradually to the more technical ones.

Related: How to Wipe a Hard Drive on Windows 11

Method #1: Forget a network within range from the Action Center

There is a conveniently placed network option in the Action Center that lets you access all the Wi-Fi connections that are currently within range, and delete their profiles, provided you have connected to them earlier.

You can even forget the network that you’re currently connected to. You can’t, however, forget networks that you’ve never connected to before as there is nothing there to forget.

Also, do note that the network will still be discovered by Windows and, when within range, will show up in the list of available networks so that you have the option to connect to it later if you want to.

Method #2: Forget a saved network from the Settings app

If you want to forget a network that is not within range presently, you can find that saved network from within the Settings app. Here’s how:

Related: How to Repair Windows 11 [15 Ways]

Method #3: Forget a network from Command Prompt

Using the command prompt is a surefire way of getting things done, and forgetting a network is a breeze. Here’s how to go about it.

Now, type the following command to get a list of all your saved Wi-Fi networks:

netsh wlan show profiles

Press Enter. The Command Prompt will now list all saved network profiles.

To forget one, type this command:

netsh wlan delete profile name='network name'

Make sure to change ‘network name’ to the actual name of the network that you want to forget. Then press Enter.

You will get a confirmation message telling you that the network profile “is deleted from interface ‘Wi-Fi’”.

Method #4: Forget a network from PowerShell

The steps to forget a network for PowerShell are the same as on the Command Prompt.

To get a list of all saved Wi-Fi profiles, type the following command:

netsh wlan show profiles

Then press Enter. Just as with the Command Prompt, you will get a list of Wi-Fi network profiles that you’ve connected to before.

To delete a network, type this command:

netsh wlan delete profile name="network name"

As before, replace ‘network name’ with the actual name of the network that you want to delete. Then press Enter.

Method #5: Delete all known network profiles instantly from the Command Prompt

You can also delete all saved networks in one go. To do so, open an elevated instance of the Command Prompt (from Start) and type the following command:

netsh wlan delete profile name=* i=*

Press Enter to remove these networks. All the removed networks will be listed here.

Method #6: Remove network profiles from the Registry Editor

You can also delete saved networks from the registry editor. Follow the steps below to know how:

Press Win + R to open the RUN box, type regedit, and press Enter.

Then navigate to the following Registry address:

ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionNetworkListProfiles

Alternatively, you can copy the above path and paste it into the Registry Editor’s address bar.

On the left, under the Profiles folder, you will see a long list of subkeys with scrambled numbers and letters. Each one is linked to a specific Wi-Fi network profile.

To find out the actual name of the Wi-Fi profile, select one and then look at the ‘ProfileName’ key on the right. The name will be shown under the ‘Data’ column.

All the information about this wireless network will be forgotten.

How to reconnect to a forgotten network

Deleting or forgetting a network profile doesn’t mean that it won’t be discovered by Windows again. It only deletes its paswword and other connection data saved on your computer. So, if you want to reconnect, just connect to it as you would to any other network for the first time. The fastest way is through the the Action Center:

And that’s it. Your network is reconnected and the data is saved again.

What happens when you forget or remove a network

When you forget or delete a network, its password and connection data are deleted. Windows also won’t automatically connect to the network when it is within range. You will still be able to connect to it if you want to, but you’ll have to do so manually, not least because you’ll have to type in the password again.

Why should you forget a network on Windows 11

There are a number of scenarios where forgetting a saved network is the prudent thing to do. For instance, if Windows keeps connecting to the same network every time it is within range, forgetting the network will keep it from doing and you’ll be free to choose which network you actually want to connect to.

Another instance when you may want to forget a network is if you’re letting someone else borrow your device for a while but don’t want them accessing your wireless network. Unless you’ve given them the password, they won’t be able to connect to the network.

Forgetting a network that you used before is also a good security measure to prevent hackers and malware from accessing your network information.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Here we answer the commonly asked queries related to forgetting saved network profiles.

How do I find the password of a saved network profile?

Because Windows is saving the passwords for us, many of us tend to forget them over time. So if you’re wary of forgetting a profile because you worried you won’t be able to connect again, here’s how to find your Wi-Fi network password on Windows 11:

Press Win + R to open the RUN window, type control panel, and hit Enter.

Switch over to the ‘Security’ tab.

Here, check Show characters to reveal the password above.

Note down the password and save it somewhere so you can reconnect to the network later if you want.

How do I completely forget a network in Windows?

All the methods mentioned in this guide help forget a network in its entirety. But if you really want to make sure of it, you can count on the methods involving Windows terminals like CMD or PowerShell, or deleting it from the registry (Methods 3-6).

Being able to forget network profiles is a handy little know-how that gives you more control over your Wi-Fi settings and how you want it to behave. We hope the methods shown in this guide helped you achieve it.

A Beginner’s Guide To Seaborn: The Simplest Way To Learn

This article was published as a part of the Data Science Blogathon.

A step-by-step guide to getting started with Seaborn!

If matplotlib “tries to make easy things easy and hard things possible”, seaborn tries to make a well-defined set of hard things easy too.

Seaborn’s Coolness:

Seaborn’s greatest strengths are its diversity of plotting functions. It allows us to make complicated plots even in a single line of code!

In this tutorial, we will be using three libraries to get the job done — Matplotlib, Seaborn, Pandas. If you are a complete beginner to Python, I suggest starting out and getting a little familiar with Matplotlib and Pandas.

If you follow along with this tutorial exactly, you will be able to make beautiful charts with these three libraries. You can then use my code as a template for any future visualization tasks in the future.

You can find the Pokemon dataset on Kaggle. However, to make your journey easy I have shortened and cleaned this version of the dataset.

Let’s start now:

We will start with importing of necessary libraries:

#importing libraries import pandas as pd import matplotlib.pyplot as plt import seaborn as sns

Read the CSV file

I switched the utf8 codec error by defining a different codec package in the read_csv() command.

Our data looks something like this….

The columns’ name does not simplify its purpose clearly. It’s important to know about the dataset before actually working on it.

Here is the simplified description of the dataset for you.

This data set includes 150 Pokemon it’s about the pokemon games (NOT pokemon cards or Pokemon Go).

In this dataset, we have 150 rows and 13 columns.

Columns description:

#Legendary : True if Legendary Pokemon , False if not

data.rename(columns = {“#”:”No.”,”Type 1":”Pokemon_Type”,”Type 2":”PokemonType2",’Total’:’Sum of Attack’,”HP”:”Hit Points”,”Attack” : “Attack Strength”, “Defense”:”Defensive Strength”,”Sp. Atk”:”Special Attack Stenth”,”Sp. Def”:”Special Defense Strength”,”Stage”:”Generation”}, inplace = True)data.head()

My Output now looks:

Much Better!

Much Better!

Let’s start the visualization with the simple ones, the distributions graph.

Distribution Plots:

A distribution plot displays a distribution and range of a set of numeric values plotted against a dimension. Histograms allow you to plot the distributions of numeric variables.

I could have used “data.hist(figsize=(12,10),bins=20)” , but since not all the columns in this database have numerical values. Hence, I have to plot individual distribution plots.

plt.figure(figsize=(4,3)) sns.distplot(x=data[“Sum of Attack”],color=”Orange”,kde=True,rug=True);

Distribution Plot Output: Sum of Attack by Pokemon

Displot function of seaborn plots a histogram with a density curve. We can remove the density using the option kde=” False”.Control the presence of rugs using rug=” True”.

There are many alternative ways to plot histogram in python:

plt.figure(figsize=(3,3)) sns.histplot(x=data[“Sum of Attack”],color=”Green”);

Output: Sum of Attacks By pokemon

Output: Sum of Attacks By pokemon

One other way is: using plt.hist()

plt.figure(figsize=(3,3)) plt.hist(x=data["Sum of Attack"],color="Red",bins=20);

Output: Histogram, Matplotlib

Output: Histogram, Matplotlib

Thus, for many ways to plot distributions. All functions pyplot.hist, seaborn.coOutuntplot and seaborn.displot act as wrappers for a matplotlib bar plot and may be used if manually plotting such bar plot is considered too cumbersome.

For discrete variables, a seaborn.countplot is more convenient.

For continuous variables : pyplot.hist or seaborn.distplot are used.

  Joint Distribution Plots:

Joint distribution plots combine information from scatter plots and histograms to give us detailed information for bivariate distributions.

sns.jointplot(x=data[“Sum of Attack”],y=data[“Defensive Strength”],color=”Red”);

Output: Jointplot

Density Plots:

Density plots display the distribution between two variables.

sns.kdeplot(x=data[“Sum of Attack”],y=data[“Defensive Strength”])

Output: Density Plot

Output: Density Plot

Bar Plot

Bar plots help us visualize the distributions of categorical variables: Countplot is a type of barplot.

plt.figure(figsize=(10,6)); sns.countplot(x=data.Pokemon_Type,palette=pkmn_type_colors);

Output: Bar Plot

Output: Bar Plot

Heatmap helps us visualize matrix-like data in the form of hot and cold spots. The warm colors indicated sections with the most visitor interaction.

plt.figure(figsize=(8,6)); sns.heatmap(data.corr());# Rotate x-labels with the help of matplotlib plt.xticks(rotation=-45);

Output: Heatmap

Output: Heatmap

Scatter Plot:

A scatter plot (aka scatter chart, scatter graph) uses dots to represent values for two different numeric variables. The position of each dot on the horizontal and vertical axis indicates values for an individual data point.

Scatter plots are used to observe relationships between variables.

I have compared the Attack and Defense stats for our Pokémon with the help of scatterplots.

Output: Scatter Plot

Output: Scatter Plot

Seaborn doesn’t have a dedicated scatter plot function, which is why we see a diagonal line (regression line)here by default.

Thankfully, seaborn helps us in tweaking the plot :

fit_reg=False is used to remove the regression line

hue=’Stage’ is used to color points by a third variable value. Thus, allowing us to express the third dimension of information using color.

Here I have the Pokémon’s evolution stage as 3rd variable!

#Tweaking with scatter plotsns.lmplot(x=’Attack Strength’, y=’Defensive Strength’, data=data, fit_reg = False, #Deleting regression line hue=”Generation”); #Separating as per pokemon generation

Output: Tweaked Scatter Plot

Output: Tweaked Scatter Plot

More of the density falls on 40–120 mark, I will alter the limits of axes with the help of matplotlib:

sns.lmplot(x=’Attack Strength’, y=’Defensive Strength’, data=data, fit_reg = False, #Deleting regression line hue=”Generation”); #Separating as per pokemon generationplt.ylim(20,130); plt.xlim(25,125);

We can see a more focussed and better graph now!

Output: Better Scatter Plotting

Output: Better Scatter Plotting

A box plot is used for depicting groups of numerical data through their quartiles.

Box plots may also have lines extending from the boxes indicating variability outside the upper and lower quartiles, hence the terms box-and-whisker plot and box-and-whisker diagram

We can remove the “Sum of Attack” column since we have individual stats. We can also remove the “Generation” and “Legendary” columns because they aren’t combating stats.

plt.figure(figsize=(15,7));# Pre-format DataFrame stats_data = data.drop([‘Sum of Attack’, ‘Generation’, ‘Legendary’], axis=1); # New boxplot using stats_df sns.boxplot(data=stats_data, showfliers=False); #Removing outlierssns.set_style(“whitegrid”)

Output: Boxplot

Output: Boxplot

Remember to keep figsize before plotting the graph.

Violin Plots

Now I will Plot the violin plot.

Violin Plots are alternatives to box plots. They show the distribution (through the thickness of the violin) instead of only the summary statistics.

Here I have shown the distribution of Attack by Pokémon’s Primary type

plt.figure(figsize=(15,7)); sns.violinplot(x=data.Pokemon_Type, y = data[“Attack Strength”]);

Output: Violin Plot

Output: Violin Plot

As you can see, Dragon-types tend to have higher Attack stats than Ghost types, but they also have greater variance.

Now, Pokémon fans might find something quite jarring about that plot: The colors are nonsensical. Why is the Grass-type colored pink or the Water-type colored orange? We must fix this immediately!

Fortunately, Seaborn allows us to set custom color palettes. We can simply create an ordered Python list of color hex values.

I have used Bulbapedia to create a new color palette.

‘#F08030’, # Fire ‘#6890F0’, # Water ‘#A8B820’, # Bug ‘#A8A878’, # Normal ‘#A040A0’, # Poison ‘#F8D030’, # Electric ‘#E0C068’, # Ground ‘#EE99AC’, # Fairy ‘#C03028’, # Fighting ‘#F85888’, # Psychic ‘#B8A038’, # Rock ‘#705898’, # Ghost ‘#98D8D8’, # Ice ‘#7038F8’, # Dragon ]

Making modification in violin plot as per pokemon type’s color:

plt.figure(figsize=(15,7)); sns.violinplot(x=data.Pokemon_Type, y = data[“Attack Strength”], palette = pkmn_type_colors);

Output: Better Violin Plot 🙂

Output: Better Violin Plot 🙂

As you have seen Violin plots are great for visualizing distributions.

However, since we only have 150 Pokémon in our dataset, we may want to simply display each point. That’s where the swarm plot comes in. This visualization will show each point, while “stacking” those with similar values.

plt.figure(figsize=(12,5)); sns.swarmplot(x=data.Pokemon_Type,y=data[“Attack Strength”],palette=pkmn_type_colors);

Swarmplot: Pokemon Type Vs Attack Strength

Swarmplot: Pokemon Type Vs Attack Strength

This looks good but for better visuals, we can combine these two! After all, they display the same information.

Overlying Plots plt.figure(figsize=(10,10))sns.violinplot(x=data.Pokemon_Type, y = data[“Attack Strength”], inner=None, palette = pkmn_type_colors);sns.swarmplot(x=”Pokemon_Type”, y=”Attack Strength”, data=data, color=’black’, #making points black alpha=0.5);plt.title(“Attacking Strength as per Pokemon’s Type”);

Overlying Plots

Overlying Plots

Points to Note:

inner=None : Remove the bars inside the violins

alpha=0.5: makes points slightly transparent:Remember alpha value must be float, dont keep in “”

Factor Plots

Factor plots make it easy to separate plots by categorical classes.

plt.figure(figsize=(5,15)) factplot= sns.factorplot(x="Pokemon_Type",y="Attack Strength",data=data,hue="Generation",col="Generation",kind="swarm");factplot.set_xticklabels(rotation=-45) Quick notes:

plt.xticks(rotation=-45) : Doesn’t work because it only rotates last plot

Need to use: set_xticklabels

Amazonbasics: A Guide To The Good, The Bad, And The Spontaneously Combustible

We may earn revenue from the products available on this page and participate in affiliate programs. Learn more ›

If you regularly buy online from Amazon, you’ve surely come across the brand AmazonBasics hawking all sorts of products across a wide array of categories. There are AmazonBasics charging cables, dumbbells, grills, and curtain rails. It’s a lot to take in. What makes it even more confusing though, is that despite carrying the name, they’re not exactly official Amazon products like the Kindle or Echo. And they’re not all up to the same standards.

What is AmazonBasics?

AmazonBasics is one of the company’s private-label brands. Think of it as the online retailers answer to Costco’s Kirkland Signature brand or Walgreens’ own-branded drugs. This means Amazon doesn’t actually make the products, but purchases them from large manufacturers and has its own label and packaging put on them.

By buying in huge quantities and keeping costs low, the company can charge a large markup and make more profit than they would by selling the same products by third-party brands. For example, even if AmazonBasic’s USB-C-to-Lightning cable is a little cheaper than Anker’s equivalent, Amazon will make a bigger profit when you buy theirs because they sell it directly.

And AmazonBasics is not the only one: Amazon has a few hundred different private brands, with more than 20,000 different products. But it’s hard to pinpoint a number. Unlike offline retailers, Amazon has unlimited shelf space, which means they can sell as many different private-label products as they want to compete directly with small, independent sellers. (If you also care about the ethics behind the company you’re buying from, it’s worth noting that Amazon has long claimed that they don’t use internal sales data to compete with third-party sellers, which appears not to be true.)

Having such a wide range of products in different categories makes AmazonBasics’ supply chain incredibly varied. The list of suppliers is 51 pages long and spans the globe, which means that quality standards may be inconsistent—pick any two AmazonBasics products at random, and your experience may differ greatly between them.

Proof of this is the report of AmazonBasics electronics catching fire. While this is always a risk with this type of product (both Apple and Samsung have had to issue product recalls in the last few years), a recent CNN investigation found that AmazonBasics gear seems to do it at an alarming rate, and some of them remain available for sale.

With so many different products sold under the same label and manufactured in so many places with what are possibly widely varying parameters, it’s hard to know what you’re really buying—and if it’ll be any good. Fortunately, there are some tips you can follow to save you some headaches.

Keep it simple

A good poop bag is invaluable, but even if it happens to tear, who can be mad at this face? Anna Dudkova / Unsplash

The best AmazonBasics product I’ve ever bought—and will continue to buy—are dog poop bags. The thick black polyethylene is great at keeping my hand and my pup’s smelly gifts fully separated, and the accompanying dispenser is the only one I’ve ever used that hasn’t got shaken loose or broken. I also really like these resistance bands, and have them lying all around my home.

But poop bags and resistance bands are really simple products and not a lot can go wrong with them. If there’s a manufacturing defect, my hand might get dirty or a band could wear down faster than I’d like. In the worst-case scenario, nothing will explode and nobody will get hurt.

It’s the simple products like these that AmazonBasics really delivers on. With so few (or no) moving parts, you can be assured they will be up to the job for a lower price than the alternatives. If you’re looking for something more, you might need to look elsewhere and consider other products.

Avoid electronics (for now)

Batteries, cables, chargers, and other electric gear are some of AmazonBasics’ biggest sellers. But for the time being, and until it’s clear what measures the company will take to solve the situation with the exploding appliances, it might be best to avoid them—especially anything you plug in.

On top of the potential fire hazards, Amazon has not been doing a great job at responding to these issues. Despite dozens of reports, some products that have been deemed dangerous are still for sale, and according to CNN, they’ve only ever recalled two products.

Budget constraints can make electronics from AmazonBasics irresistible, though, so If you’re still considering buying one, we suggest you look through the reviews. Stay alert for any mention of fire, sparks, flames, and destruction, and if you find anything of the sort, paying a little more for a safer product will always be a good idea.

Look at the alternatives

AmazonBasics products are heavily promoted on Amazon and frequently appear at the top of search listings. But they’re rarely the only products available.

Before smashing that “Buy Now” button, it’s worth quickly comparing the AmazonBasics version with the top competing products. It will regularly be the best option price-wise, but not always. Scan the features, look through the reviews, and consider the price difference in the long term.

Set your expectations appropriately

Take this $60 AmazonBasics espresso machine. According to coffee expert James Hoffmann, it’s just not capable of making a passable cup of coffee: “It is a waste of time, a waste of money.”

It’s bad, but most importantly, it’s equally as bad as other cheap espresso machines. Doing a minimum amount of research, users will realize Amazon hasn’t developed something great and decided to sell it at a tenth the price of a great espresso machine—they’re just selling something low quality to siphon sales away from other bad espresso machines.

Developing their own products allows Amazon to make more money by cutting out the middlemen. They might pass a small amount of the savings on to the customer so they can undercut their competitors, but rest assured, there’s no altruism to it. Because of their price and the stellar placement of these products in the platform, AmazonBasics products are not designed to give customers incredible value at low prices, but to make these items work with the algorithm and sell as much as possible.

A Complete Guide To Inkscape Svg

Introduction to Inkscape SVG

The following article provides an outline for Inkscape SVG. Inkscape SVG is a file format and this SVG stand for Scalable Vector Graphics that mean you can edit object of this file for changing their size and properties without losing its quality.

In this article we will see the process through which you can convert a Jpeg or raster image into vector file and save that vector file for using it on other designing platforms. This process includes parameter adjustment of Bitmap tracings features of Menu bar of this software and we also go through some other parameters.

Start Your Free Design Course

3D animation, modelling, simulation, game development & others

So let us delve with these features for getting our desired result.

For starting our process we need a raster image. So for that search it on the internet. We will search for a cartoon image by searching ‘cartoon character clipart’ keyword and then select this cartoon character.

This is dialog box for tracing image. Here we have many ways to trace a bitmap (if you want to know each and every way of tracing bitmap of this dialog box then you can search for ‘Inkscape trace bitmap’ article of mine) but we will go with first one which is Brightness cutoff.

This option has Threshold limit and by changing its value you can have different result in tracing of bitmap.

And in preview section of this box you can see result but we just want to trace outline of this character so we will adjust threshold limit for tracing just outline.

You can move your traced image next to original image and this traced image will be in vector format.

Before taking dropper make sure nothing is selected on our document area. Then move cursor on the color which you want to trace. We will move dropper tool cursor on the skin color of this cartoon character which is yellow color.

Then take ‘Fill Bounded areas’ tool from tool panel for dropping our picked color into our desired area of traced image. You can also press Shift + 7 for this tool.

Do the fill for all part of this character by repeating same process as we did above.

Now you can see skin of our character is ready like this.

We will draw a rectangle of dark color for explaining on thing that you should remember during filling.

Now this is the white area of this character and you should fill this also because you may leave it blank by mistake because our background is white. Do the same for black color if there any part is black. In short you must fill all part with color it doesn’t matter it is white or black or same as your background color.

You can see it is now one part.

Do the same for all parts which you want to make in one part.

You should analyze all part so that there will no part left.

For example you can notice this is small part of its skin which is separate from whole body so i will unify it with whole body skin.

Now all part of this character is ready like this. Each and every part is on separate layer.

Now select outline of this character and make duplicate copy of it by pressing Ctrl + d button of keyboard for using it in your future work.

You can change color of outline as well as per you choice

And our SVG file is ready for using it in other designing software.

You can notice our outline character has not saved because it was out of your document area. So make sure whatever content you want in you SVG file should be within document area.

And after saving it is ready.

Conclusion – Inkscape SVG

After going through this article you can make number of SVG file for your project work and make changes in objects of that file without losing its quality because you know SVG is vector file format. Try different object and set SVG layer of that object for having SVG file in Inkscape.

Part III- Fundamental Rights

A number of Fundamental Rights are guaranteed by Part III of the Indian Constitution (Articles 12 to 35), as well as remedies in the event that they are violated.

The main justification for including these rights in a democratic constitution is that people occasionally need to be protected from collective action by others who might not fully comprehend their demands and positions.

Part IV- Directive Principles of State Policy

The Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSP) are incorporated into Articles 36 to 51 of the Indian Constitution, but Article 37 expressly declares that these DPSP are not subject to legal action in a court of law.

These principles were deemed to be non-justiciable in court due to the possibility that the nation’s economic resources might not be sufficient to satisfy them because, by their very nature, they cannot be enforced through legal channels.
